Explanation of Notes

Note 1:

If marriage ceremony is NOT taking place at Weddings At Tiffany’s the event duration will be for one hour less than the specified Collection hosting time, unless specified otherwise.

Note 2:

Guest transportation via bus to and from Tiffany’s is required if your guest numbers are above 70.

Note 3:

Floral arrangements included in Collection MUST be designed & provided by Tiffany’s Flowers. Chapel floral urns included are designed in neutral tones & will remain the property of Weddings at Tiffany’s. Large candle stands remain the property of Weddings at Tiffany’s. Included bouquets will be natural stemmed utilising seasonal flowers in your choice of colour. Bouquets & Boutonnieres are offered as a total inclusion. Should you not require the maximum number permitted in the Collection chosen a credit may be given towards other flowers from Tiffany’s Flowers.

Note 4:

All inclusions will be provided by Weddings at Tiffany’s. The Timber Cross-back Chairs includes a maximum 70 chairs. The Tiffany’s Lounge Suite Package includes a Lounge, 2 x Armchairs, 2 x Ottomans, 1 x Long Ottoman, 1 x Coffee Table, 1 x Rug & Decorative Cushions. The Outside Fairy Light Package includes Fairy Lights around the Front & Back Deck and Festoon Lighting in the Garden Party Area. The Inside Twinkle Lights Package includes Twinkle Lights for your Floral Arrangements on your guests tables and the Mantelpiece. Audrey the Love Bug – VW Beetle can be used in a single photoshoot to announce your wedding, as a photo backdrop in the Garden Gazebo Area and to take the couple to their accommodation in the Maleny area after their wedding. The Gourmet Wood Fired Pizza Oven and Chef is available for one (1) hour during your Canape time. Tiffany’s Macaron Bonbonniere includes two (2) macarons boxed and tied with ribbon. The Tiffany’s Lolly Bar includes a selection of jars and ten (10) lolly choices. The Standard Cocktails include your choice of two (2) of the following for the length of your beverage package: Tiffany’s Kiss, Tropical Dream, Strawberry Indulgence and the Mango, Lychee & Moscato Mojito. If choosing the Pimm’s & Lemonade Stand you will receive one (1) stand of each, with each stand containing approximately thirty (30) serves. The Decorative Bar Hire includes your choice of bar from our available selection. Drinks are at an additional charge unless beverage package drinks are served. Breakfast at Tiffany’s includes a Buffet Breakfast post wedding for 10 guests. Please note a minimum of 30 guests is needed to book this function and is available Thursday – Sunday only. The Wedding Cake included in the Catch & Kiss Collection is an 18cm single tier stacked cake with buttercream icing. In all other Collections, the Wedding Cake will be a 26cm single tier stacked cake with buttercream icing unless specified otherwise. If choosing $300 towards Flowers, Linen and/or Décor from Tiffany’s Flowers, a $300 credit will be applied to your Tiffany’s Flowers invoice. Unused credit is non-transferable. Lawn Games & Festoon Lighting for the Garden Party Area includes a selection of Lawn Games during canapes and Festoon Lighting in the Garden Party Area. If choosing the Tiffany’s Antipasto & Cheese Board, the inclusion allowance is a 1.1m board (half board) unless specified otherwise. The Photobooth Backdrop & Props includes your choice of backdrop from our selection of available backdrops and variety of props.

Note 5:

Beverage Selections MUST be chosen from the Weddings At Tiffany’s beverage selection range.

Note 6:

Wedding cake bags MUST be provided by the couple.

Note 7:

On Weekends where a Public Holiday occurs on a Monday a minimum of 70 Adults will apply to secure a Sunday booking. On the day after a Public Holiday, there will be a $1500.00 surcharge to secure this day.

Note 8:

If Tiffany’s Gazebo Garden Party Area is chosen as the location for your marriage ceremony & Tiffany’s Chapel is then required due to inclement weather, Tiffany’s Chapel usage fee will be applicable & payable prior to your ceremony.

Note 9:

Breakfast At Tiffany’s is available between 9.00am and 11.00am, Thursday to Sunday only, for a maximum of 50 guests. You will not have exclusive use of Tiffany’s grounds during this time and it will be open for consultations.

If your booking is made within six (6) months of your chosen wedding date, reduced minimum agreed numbers may be available at management’s discretion.
